VideoTX is a 2-day conference in November for the minor league sports community to gather, inspire, learn, and celebrate creativity.

Dates - November 15 - 16, 2016
Location - Union Station @ Minute Maid Park - Houston, TX
Hotel - Magnolia Hotel Houston
Airports - George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)

There will be two full days of conference events. Check-in for the conference will begin Monday night, November 14. We recommend return flights to be booked for Thursday, November 17th.

Matt Coy - San Diego Padres

Senior Director of Content & Presentation for the San Diego Padres, Matt is an expert at producing live events at the biggest level. With over 25 years of experience in video production, Matt has worked for the Dallas Cowboys, Phoenix Coyotes, Los Angeles Dodgers, NHL, NFL, five Super Bowls and five Olympic games.

Steve Vollmer - National Football League

Steve is an experienced Art Director with deep expertise in sports design and branding. His work can be seen across some familiar sporting events, like the National Football League’s 2016 Pro Bowl, as well as the 2015 NFL Draft. He recently executed the concept for the 2017 Pro Bowl, being held in Orlando this coming January. Steve has also had a hand in a variety of other sports brand activations such as the Super Bowl, NFL Legends, Green Bay Packers, NFL/United Way Hometown Huddle, and Verizon Draft Eve.


Derrick Hamilton - National Football League

Derrick loves bringing brands to life through design. His work can be seen on the NFL’s biggest stage; Super Bowl XLVIII, XLIX and 50 logos are all his handywork. He recently completed the look and feel for Super Bowl LI in Houston, which includes all touchpoints through the entire fan experience. Derrick has also designed the Super Bowl XLVIII Pepsi Halftime logo, the NFL’s Next Gen Stats logo, Miami Dolphins 50th Season uniform patch and the Atlanta Falcons 50th Season uniform patch.

Alan Ramseyer Alan has worked with the Tulsa Drillers (Double-A affiliate of the Dodgers) since 2010 and as the Director of Video Production from 2013.
